“Serving as your Governor, I’ve had the opportunity to see first hand the challenges facing minority businesses. What I’ve learned is that it’s important to answer these challenges by creating opportunities. For me, minority businesses crystallize the theme of this campaign. You have the courage to continually move forward, the vision to see where you will be and the results thinking that will get you there. I invite you to use this page as a resource guide, let it assist you in your business journey.” - Mitch Daniels |

MBEC consultant expertise is wide-ranging and resources are vast. MBEC provides assistance with questions of law, financing, procurement, operations, planning, management, and marketing. By helping businesses in these areas, MBEC facilitates MBE access to credit, capital, and markets—all of which are necessary to stimulate growth. MBEC is a federally funded program of the Minority Business Development Agency, US Department of Commerce. The program was brought to Indiana under the leadership of Governor Daniels, and is offered through the Indiana Department of Administration.
