Modernize Indiana's sales tax exemption

In 2005, Governor Daniels signed legislation expanding the sales tax exemption for tangible personal property used by professional motor vehicle racing teams.

Establish a Motor Sports Tech Park

Communities can now apply to establish a motorsports tech park. Seven Indiana colleges have created motorsports-specific courses. Some have accredited minors and certificate programs - placing Indiana at the forefront of American motorsports education.
